Weekly Stock Report

Welcome back everyone. Hope you had a great weekend.   Even though we had a nice bounce to end last week, technology/growth stocks do look like they need another week to have higher probability of bouncing. Nevertheless there are few that look good which I have posted below.   Below are stocks that look good to me for UP move.   ADBE Apr 01, 2021 480c Chart looks nice and it closed above 50 and 200 dma on Friday. It seems on its way back to 500. CVX Apr 16, 2021 110c Chart strong, a test back to 113 seems like very likely. NOW Apr 01, 2021 510c Nice bounce above 50dma on Friday. Good chance it moves back to 530 near the 200 dma. ORCL Apr 01, 2021 72c Strong move to end the week, chart looking pretty good. A continuation to 73+ likely. UPS Apr 01, 2021 170c Chart turning up nicely. A move close to 172 seems likely in sho

As I had mentioned last week, we had a pretty volatile week. Lot of technology and growth stocks pulled back significantly in the early part of the week before bouncing some to end the week. As for our watchlist though, not the best of weeks but we have as many winners as losers. I had mentioned not to wait too long as charts did look pretty bad.   Position Entry Exit G/L % Comment BABA Apr 01, 2021 250c 150 250 67 Started well on Monday. Got this around 236. It went close to 241 on Tuesday and I got out then. DKNG Apr 01, 2021 75c 170 275 62 Got this on Monday around 70.7. It went to almost 73 same day so got out quickly. HSBC Apr 16, 2021 30c 50     Got this on Monday around 29.3. Chart still looks good so I am holding it even though it pulled back later in the week.

I think we will see pretty good volatility for next couple weeks. If 241 breaks 250 could come very quickly. DKNG Apr 01, 2021 75c About to go into breakout mode and with March madness this could run to 80 very quickly. We had a very eventful week. It started off pretty well and most of the positions did really good. I closed most of these in early part of the week which turned out to be good. As I had mentioned, we were not completely out of the woods with the selloff and we saw pretty decent rotation back to financials this week.   Position Entry Exit G/L % Comment DDD Apr 16, 2021 35c 150 270 80 Gapped up big on Monday so had to be patient to get in.   Welcome back everyone. Hope you had a great weekend.   With stimulus checks hitting bank accounts this week, there is a very high likelihood it will boost the markets at least in short term. I still think we have some correction left as inflation fears are not going away any time soon.
