Weekly Stock Report

  Hope everyone had great Christmas weekend. With the COVID relief bill signed, we should see a nice uptick to start the week and a possible Santa Claus rally this week. However, be careful of potential end of year profit and loss taking to offset taxes. Keep the contract size small this week.   Below are stocks that look good to me for Up move.   AAPL Dec 31, 2020 135c Looks ready to test ATH of 137.5. DIS Jan 08, 2021 180c Chart still strong and a test of ATH looks very much possible. DKS Jan 15, 2021 58c Chart setup nicely, a test to 60 should happen soon. PDD Jan 15, 2021 160c Chart turning up and a move to 156 should be quick. May need to get out of this around that point. REGN Jan 08, 2021 525c Chart still looks good   so will hold this from last week. ULTA Jan

As expected volume really dried up this week and there was some interesting rotation in sectors. Financials were quite strong all week.   Let’s go over the watchlist from last Sunday to see how we did.   ANET Dec 24, 2020 295c Went to 291.5 on Tuesday and was a good time to exit though these calls didn’t do much. Was up only 10% . CRM Jan 08, 2021 240c This too started well and went to 231 on Tuesday but then pulled back. These were up 30%. DOCU Dec 31, 2020 255c Pretty good start to the week with this going to 251.6 on Tuesday so these calls were up 40% . FSLY Dec 24, 2020 115c This went up nicely to 107 on Tuesday but not enough for the calls to move. Too less time and then stock pulled back quite a lot. I got stopped out at 50% loss.   With the passage of relief bill, we should see some less uncertainty this week. However, I would like to remind everyone this is a 3.5 day trading week so keep positions little lighter for this week.   Below are stocks that look good to me for Up move.   ANET Dec 24, 2020 295c Chart looks great and we could see a move to 300 this week. CRM Jan 08, 2021 240c Chart looks great and a move to 240 should be swift. DOCU Dec 31, 2020 255c Chart setup nicely and if 250 breaks with volume this this should go to ATH near 290 quickly. Hope everyone had a great trading week and are ready for the holidays.   Very interesting week. We started off nicely on Monday and for most part had a good week except a wild Friday most likely due to end of month and quarter expirations. Next 2 weeks we should see some wild moves as volume dries up due to holidays. These calls up 20% so far but lot more room to go. Keep holding these. Reason for calls not being up much is the drop in earlier part of the week.   Last week was a volatile week probably due to some big IPOs coming to the market and capital getting moved around for them. We might see another week similar to last one which would actually be good as it will bring lot of stocks to better levels before the Santa Claus rally starts.   Financial stocks in general look weak and most charts turning down so I would recommend staying away from them in the short term.   Below are stocks that look good to me for Up move.   FSLY Jan 15, 2021 120c Had a good jump last week and seems like the run will continue. Hope everyone had a great week. This was a very interesting week with lot of big IPOs. Money went out of many stocks to get into these big IPOs.   However, there are some really good setups for upcoming weeks. I will post my next week’s watchlist on Sunday night but for now, let’s review this week’s watchlist.   AAPL Jan 15, 2021 125c @3.5 This reached 125+ this week as I had mentioned. These calls were upto 5.5 so a gain of 57% . ADBE Dec 11, 2020 510c @4.3 This went to 499 in the early part of the week so I got out before the earnings to avoid risking gains which turned out to be good idea. These calls went to 8 so a gain of 86% . BABA Jan 15, 2021 300c This went in the opposite direction. Needs more time so get out for now. CAT Mar 19, 2021 200c @4.5 This is holding strong and went to 181. Good to continue holding. MA
