Review Week 12/20/2020 - 12/24/2020

As expected volume really dried up this week and there was some interesting rotation in sectors. Financials were quite strong all week.

 

Let’s go over the watchlist from last Sunday to see how we did.

Dec 24, 2020 295c

Went to 291.5 on Tuesday and was a good time to exit though these calls didn’t do much. Was up only 10%.

CRM

Jan 08, 2021 240c

This too started well and went to 231 on Tuesday but then pulled back. These were up 30%.

DOCU

Dec 31, 2020 255c

Pretty good start to the week with this going to 251.6 on Tuesday so these calls were up 40%.

FSLY

Dec 24, 2020 115c

This went up nicely to 107 on Tuesday but not enough for the calls to move. Too less time and then stock pulled back quite a lot. I got stopped out at 50% loss.

REGN

Jan 08, 2021 525c

Playing hard to get but I still plan to wait until next week before bailing out on these.

SE

This started well but then pulled back quite a lot. I got stopped out at 50% loss.

ULTA

Went upto 272 on Wednesday and these calls were up 30%.

ZM

Jan 08, 2021 475c

Good start on Monday as this went to 425 but then pulled back from there. Got stopped out for 10% profit.

 

All in all it was not a great week compared to past few though having stops ensured the losses are controlled.

 

RED: Behaved exactly opposite of what I predicted.

 

GREEN: Behaved exactly as I predicted.

 

BLUE: Need more time for idea to materialize.

Welcome back everyone. Hope you had a great weekend.   Last week was really good for big cap stocks. Some of the growth stocks also exploded to the upside. Earnings season kicks off this week with bunch of banks reporting. Financial stocks are setup very nicely so there is a good chance we see money flow back into them this week.   Below are stocks that look good to me for UP move.   GS Apr 16, 2021 340c Chart starting to turn up and with earnings this week, we could see a nice upside move.    What an amazing week of trading. It was even better than last week, probably the best I have had in a long time. Every single entry did amazing.   Let’s review the watchlist.   DM Feb 19, 2021 25c Gave perfect entry on Monday and reached almost 25 this week itself causing these calls go to be up 100% . DOCU Jan 15, 2021 245c Nice entry when this was around 243 on Monday. It eventually reached 263 by Tuesday. These calls were up from 2.5 to 2K so almost 900% . FUBO Feb 19, 2021 30c Got a nice entry when this around 27 on Monday. These calls were around 3. Then this exploded to 38 on Wednesday morning and these calls were upto 13 so a gain of over 300% . NET Feb 19, 2021 85c Gave a nice entry around 78 on Monday. These calls were 3.5. Eventually this went to over 84 on Thursday and these calls were at 9 so almost 1
